Ferdinand "Ferdy" Cortel spent years as a solo Virtual Assistant, working with founders across the US, UK, and Australia. He kept seeing the same story: businesses either couldn't find reliable VAs, or they hired generic freelancers who ghosted after a month.
So he did what any good operator would do: he built the team himself. Brihafe Digital Nomads is a hand-picked crew of 16 skilled Filipino VAs, all personally trained and coached by Ferdy, all held to the same standard he holds himself to.
